WHAT IS A HELICAL PILE?
A helical pile is a versatile foundation system consisting of a round steel shaft with one or more steel helices welded along it's length.
It's flexible design allows for installation in diverse soil conditions, including areas with high water tables or limited access. As it they can be easily installed with standard construction equipment, in addition to reducing labor and equipment cossts, helical piles offer rapid installation with minimal disruption to the surrounding environment, making them ideal for projects requiring efficiency and environmental consideration.
Their load-bearing capacity makes them suitable for both light and heavy structures, from residential decks to industrial & commercial buildings. They can be used immediately after install, which provides a schedule benefit for tight turnaround projects, and their ease of use, including the ability to remove them with minimal effort, makes them a preferred solution for renewables projects.
